About Ladina
Growing up in the beautiful Engadin (swiss alpine valley). Drawn up to nature and winter sports Ladina spent her youth and school time in Samedan. After secondary school, she successfully completes the 5-year study as primary school teacher in High-school Chur.
Ladina then visits the dance academy  in Zurich and New York. Then return to the Engadin.

1989 She's opening her Dance & Aerobic Studio "Mouvat" which merges later with fitness- and physiotherapy!
Ladina made 1997 the Personal Fitness Trainer education followed by many specific group-class and fitness coaching educations.
2000 her beautiful daughter Natascha was born.
2003 Yoga teacher training, 2004 Pilates teacher training!
2014 med. Massage Therapist

2015 Ladina moves with her daughter Natascha to Bonaire.
A new passion appears : windsurfing! 

2018 Fundation from her company IRIE sports & wellbeing Bonaire.
