Terms and Conditions Villa Carina Apartments

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings at Villa Carina Apartments

Reservations

A booking is always confirmed by Villa Carina Apartments by email.
Check the confirmation for inaccuracies and let us know if something is wrong.

Rates

The rates are per night per room based on 2 people.
The rates are in USD.
The rate on confirmation/invoice is binding.
Rates include WIFI, bed linen, towels and final cleaning and, if desired, transportation to and from the airport.
$15 will be added to the booking as administration cos

Payment

Deposit of 25% must be paid within 2 weeks after booking.
The booking is only final after receiving the deposit
The remaining amount must be paid not later than 1 month before arrival.
For a booking made less than 1 month before arrival, the entire booking amount must be paid immediately.
If not booked directly via www.villacarinaapartments.com then the payment conditions can differ from above ( bullet.1 up to and including 4)
For payment with credit card we charge 5% extra because of the high bank charges.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 1 month before arrival, we unfortunately will not return the deposit.
With a cancellation shorter than 1 month before arrival, not showing up, or an early departure, the entire booking amount is due. We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.
If not booked directly via www.villacarinaapartments.com then the cancelation conditions can differ from above ( bullet 1 and 2

Arrival and departure

Check in time is 3 pm, check out tijd 11 am. Depending on availability, you can check in earlier of check out later for free.

Wifi

These terms and conditions apply to the use by anyone of a WiFi guest network that access the internet via this network.
Villa Carina Apartments provides a free Wi-Fi guest network for its visitors, exclusively for personal and non-business use.
Villa Carina Apartments is entitled to block access to the internet.
The use of the WiFi guest network is based on a fair use policy. This means that there is no fixed limit on the amount of data that can be sent and received.
Villa Carina Apartments is not responsible for any claims that arise from the user's activities.
The user is obliged to adhere to the letter of the copyright law. You may not upload anything to the internet that you are not sure that you do not own the copyright.
Villa Carina Apartments takes no responsibility for the information placed by the user on a server or internet. A user is entirely responsible for the information that is placed on the server / the internet. The content and purpose of the text and images may in no case be pornographic, discriminatory or otherwise offensive, or in other words, improper.
The user is strictly prohibited from venting inflammatory messages through the network, inciting violence, engaging in criminal activities and / or other malicious practices. Upon discovery of this, a declaration will be made and appropriate measures will be taken in this regard.
The user declares that he will never hold Villa Carina Apartments responsible for any failure of the internet, network and / or loss of data or loss of income due to technical or other malfunctions.
Villa Carina Apartments is not liable for damage, in the broadest sense, of the user. The user who acts contrary to his or her obligations under these general terms and conditions, or code of conduct, is liable for all damage ensuing there from for Villa Carina Apartments.

General

Villa Carina Apartments accepts no responsibility for:
1. Theft, loss or damage to property during a stay at Villa Carina Apartments
2. Damage to property due to malfunctions or interruptions of the utility company.
Entering the swimming pool is at your own risk. There is no supervision of the swimming pool.
Guests are liable for loss and / or damage suffered by Villa Carina Apartments in the event of improper use of the room, or leaving the room in an improper condition. Additional costs such as extra cleaning will be at the expense of the guest.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace.
Villa Carina Apartments can carry out maintenance work during your stay, without creating the right to compensation or reimbursement.
The law of the "BES Public Entities" applies.
By booking you agree with our terms and conditions.

Villa Carina Apartments reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Check these conditions periodically for changes.

We respect the privacy of visitors to the website and ensure that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. Processing of personal data is done in a manner that is in accordance with the requirements set by the BES Personal Data Protection Act. We also respect the new law on privacy for children.

General visitor data is recorded on the website.
